HAI Bluetooth Remote Input Module Streams Music from Wireless Devices to HAI's Distributed Audio System, Hi -Fi 2

HAI's Bluetooth RIM, part number 95A04 -2, will be available for demonstration at the 2012 International CES in Booth 21668, South 1, in Las Vegas, Nevada, January 10th -13th.

Home Automation, Inc. (HAI), leading manufacturer of integrated security and home automation products since 1985, announced the development of a Bluetooth Remote Input Module for use with HAI's Hi -Fi 2 Distributed Audio Systems.

Those familiar with the Hi -Fi 2 audio system know that it uses a series of up to 8 local and remote inputs for music sources. The upcoming Bluetooth RIM, HAI Part Number 95A04 -2, is a new Remote Input Module for use with the Hi -Fi 2. It connects to the Hi -Fi 2 via a single Cat5, introducing Bluetooth connectivity to distributed audio.

Now, Bluetooth devices can connect and act as music servers for your Hi -Fi 2 distributed audio system, turning anyone into the DJ! From your device's settings menu, select the appropriate HAI RIM from the Bluetooth headphone option. Now you can play music using in -wall speakers from your device's Pandora, Spotify, Rhapsody, iTunes, Google Music, and YouTube playlists.

HAI expects the Bluetooth Remote Input Module to be available in the 1st Quarter, 2012.

"No more learning different interfaces or being held back by localized controls - instead, use your mobile device like iPod, iPad, iPhone, Android, tablet, or notebook. " explained Greg Rhoades, HAI Associate Director of Marketing. "Also, say goodbye to the time -consuming process of transferring files to a server or PC. Anyone can now be the party DJ without wires or limits, with either downloaded or streaming music from their mobile phone to their in -wall home speakers."

HAI products are available through a worldwide network of Distributors and installing Dealers in over 80 countries. For more information, please visit HAI's website, www.homeauto.com or email marketing@homeauto.com.
