Apps Extend Ways Users Can Control Multi -Room Audio Experience

Ft. Collins, CO, May 24, 2011 - CasaTunes®, a leader in multi -room music solutions, today announced new native Apps for iPad and Android Tablets enabling complete control of music from anywhere in the home. Through one touch functions, users can select a different room, source or song to play using an iPad or Android Tablet. The Apps support all CasaTunes XL Music Servers as well as CasaTunes Music Servers for Channel Vision, NuVo and Russound.

The CasaTunes App for iPads and Android Tablets add another smart control method complementing CasaTunes' existing browser based -user interface, keypads, iPhone and iPod touch and Android options.

"The addition of native Apps for the iPad and Android Tablet expands CasaTunes' client strategy for support across browsers, iOS and Android platforms," said David Krinker, CEO for CasaTunes. "Using popular handheld devices, users are free to move about their home changing the music as they go."

The App leverages the larger screen space and provides different views depending on whether the device is rotated into landscape or portrait mode. In landscape mode, the App displays the list of songs in the queue alongside information of the current track being played. The App controls the audio destination as well as the music source and can be easily changed using popovers.

Additional new features include using "drag and drop" to re -organize the rooms in a home based on homeowner preferences. Users can intelligently search for artists, songs, and albums across multiple music services or tune to stations on supported tuners by searching for frequencies, call sign or station description. Users can also select their music by album cover art. The current song can be changed quickly by selecting or filtering songs in the queue or select a random song by shaking the device.

The CasaTunes App for the iPad works with both the iPad and iPad2. It is immediately available and is a free upgrade for existing CasaTunes customers. The app is available via the App StoreSM by searching for CasaTunes2. You can view a demo of the new App at http://casatunes -public.s3.amazonaws.com/Videos/iPad/iPadDemo.mp4

The CasaTunes App for the Android tablet is planned to be available in June as a free upgrade for existing CasaTunes customers. Yale Real Living™ Assure Lock™ with Bluetooth

The new Yale Real Living™ Assure Lock™ with Bluetooth replaces conventional keys with digital keys accessed through the Yale Digital Keys app for Android and iOS mobile devices, and through an app for the new Samsung Gear S2 smartwatch. The Yale app allows homeowners to unlock doors, send keys to others, control when others have access, get a message when someone enters, and revoke a digital key at any time. Unlocking the deadbolt couldn't be simpler, whether using the Samsung Gear S2 or a smartphone. With the new Samsung Gear S2, touch the watch app to activate the digital key, then touch the lock screen to unlock the deadbolt. With a smartphone, Yale's "Twist and Go" technology allows the user to hold the phone vertically when approaching the door, then twist it 90 degrees to unlock the deadbolt. Homeowners can also unlock the deadbolt using its capacitive touchscreen and a four- to eight-digit code.
