Parks Associates also reports one -fourth of U.S. broadband households intend to purchase an Internet -connectable CE device in 2011. Nearly 30% of U.S. consumers would purchase a CE product from a specific manufacturer if it included ongoing support services. To remain competitive, companies must have flexible yet cost -effective strategies to bring these new devices into their service footprint.
