CL3000 Provides Eco-Friendly Solution to Managing Multiple Computers with KVM

ATEN International, a leading designer and manufacturer of advanced connectivity solutions, today announced the availability of the CL3000 PS/2 -USB LCD Console, a lightweight, eco -friendly hardware unit that serves as the front -end console for compatible KVM switches.


Equipped with a 19 -inch power -saving LED -backlit LCD monitor, the CL3000 offers a space -saving, streamlined approach by integrating a keyboard, video monitor and touchpad all in one unit. Expending only 72.9 BTUs an hour and 21.4 watts, the CL3000 is far more energy -efficient than its competitors, saving up to 55 percent in power consumption. Additional console ports allows the second user local access, when utilized with an ATEN on the NET switch or KVM extender, the CL3000 provides a practical solution for remotely controlling computers in different locations while reducing IT overhead.
