Two new products based on EnOcean technology from DimOnOff to be introduced at Greenbuild Expo

The first 15A 120-347Vac EnOcean compatible phase angle dimmer and a time saving upgrade for an already popular product the INT-ADR-XB.

DimOnOff introduces a unique inline dimmer capable of controlling up to 15amps of incandescent and Halogen (MR16 type) lamps, phase angle dimmable ballasts (such as Mark X from Philips) or LED lamps on voltage ranging from 120 to 347V (Note: a 20 amps model is also available on special order). This is the first of its kind in the EnOcean products portfolio.

A second innovation brings a newly added feature to an already very powerful product of the DimOnOff family called INT -ADR -XB. Released earlier this year, the INT -ADR -XB is a compact interface to add addressability, digital and analog inputs, long range wireless networkability and intelligence to leading market -standard power pack / relays modules (such as Hubbell - Leviton - Wattstopper).

This new integration allows multiple EnOcean wireless battery -less rocker switches to be directly associated with the INT -ADR -XB and makes things even simpler for installers by getting rid of the low voltage wiring required to locally connect a low voltage switch to the INT -ADR -XB. This makes the INT -ADR -XB -EO a wirelessly networkable controller with built in daylight harvesting and motion -sensing functions that provides high end features such as step down dimming before off, multi -masters/multi -slaves approach, BACnet integration, remote commissioning and can benefit from the versatility of the complete DimOnOff solution.

Yale Real Living™ Assure Lock™ with Bluetooth

The new Yale Real Living™ Assure Lock™ with Bluetooth replaces conventional keys with digital keys accessed through the Yale Digital Keys app for Android and iOS mobile devices, and through an app for the new Samsung Gear S2 smartwatch. The Yale app allows homeowners to unlock doors, send keys to others, control when others have access, get a message when someone enters, and revoke a digital key at any time. Unlocking the deadbolt couldn't be simpler, whether using the Samsung Gear S2 or a smartphone. With the new Samsung Gear S2, touch the watch app to activate the digital key, then touch the lock screen to unlock the deadbolt. With a smartphone, Yale's "Twist and Go" technology allows the user to hold the phone vertically when approaching the door, then twist it 90 degrees to unlock the deadbolt. Homeowners can also unlock the deadbolt using its capacitive touchscreen and a four- to eight-digit code.
