NFS Joins Forces with ITSL Group, Leading AV Systems Provider in the UK

This strategic technology partnership will enable development of the NFS Smart Room, complete and intelligent meeting room technology aimed at saving organisations time and money

Hertford - May 6th, 2011: NFS Hospitality, global provider of scheduling software, has entered into an exciting new strategic partnership with a leading specialist technology company in the UK and Europe. ITSL Group provides high -quality IT and Audio Visual (AV) technology solutions and integration to a range of corporate and public sector clients whose names include Ricoh; Hyundai; Aramark; Berrymans, Lace Mawer; King Sturge; Citi Group; and Domestic & General.

Based in London and operating since 2001, ITSL are market leaders in the AV space, utilising the very latest in multimedia display techniques and digital control technology, achieved by partnerships with big -name manufacturers including Lifesize, Crestron, AMX, Panasonic, Samsung, Sanyo and Exterity.

As the majority of work meetings are spontaneous or have no technical support, ITSL strongly believe in 'pick up and use' technologies; the systems they provide are so intuitively designed that they require no prior training and can be instantly used. With an integrated system from ITSL, you can connect, create and communicate.

Benefits of the Partnership

This new Alliance will allow NFS, providers of scheduling software for video conference and telepresence (VCTP) meetings, to provide a complete, professional service to its clients, given that as part of their AV Services, ITSL provide the equipment and infrastructure needed for the rooms that NFS' Rendezvous Workspace scheduling software manages.

ITSL's solutions portfolio includes products by global manufacturer, Lifesize, whose ongoing HD technology research and streamlined business model make it a strong contender in the growing video conference market. The dedicated website - www.lifesizesolutions.co.uk - showcases the entire HD product range and the ITSL EMEA + ROW installation & maintenance platform, giving the company a truly global reach.

Another important element of this strategic relationship is that ITSL are fully certified Crestron partners with in -house programmers. This has enabled NFS to integrate the Rendezvous product with Crestron control systems, giving rise to 'smart rooms', as the Crestron systems from ITSL control lighting, projectors, blinds, air conditioning, etc.

"We believe that our Strategic Alliance with NFS will allow ITSL to offer its clients the next level of system integration and space management," comments Duncan Savage, Services Director for ITSL Group. "Both organisations are dynamic in working style and are able to adapt and create bespoke systems tailored to all our client requirements."

NFS recognise that many companies today are seeking more integrated solutions as well as the opportunity to deal with a smaller number of suppliers. With this in mind, the organisation is working with technology partners such as ITSL to deliver a total solution to its clients, building on the best -of -breed scheduling capabilities of the Rendezvous product and combining this with solutions that can help corporate and commercial clients achieve better energy usage and outstanding service for staff and visitors.
