Crestron Dealers Dominate Elite CE Pro 100 Again In 2010

Crestron dealers comprise 90% of the top 20 as the CE PRO 100 reveals the custom electronics industry's most successful integrators

ROCKLEIGH, NJ - The highly anticipated 2010 CE Pro 100, which recognizes the largest and most prestigious custom electronics firms in the U.S, has been published. The recently released list, firmly established as the standard for success in the home technology industry, revealed that more than three -fourths of the integrators in the elite Top 50, including 90% of the Top 20, are Crestron dealers.

Over the past year, Crestron released several ground -breaking innovations which are driving the home automation and home entertainment revolution forward, enabling integrators to offer new and exciting technology to their clients.

In the home entertainment universe, the DigitalMedia™ family of products emerged as the only complete solution for the digital age. DigitalMedia enables integrators to provide homeowners with the capability to distribute both analog and uncompressed digital HD content over long distances and to multiple rooms, for the first time. The ADMS Intermedia Delivery System with WorldSearch® streamlines the fragmented world of content, bringing the world's entertainment media together onto a single, searchable user platform.

Crestron's home automation and control technology also provided more opportunities for dealers. The TPMC -3X Handheld Touchpanel redefined whole house control, delivering features such as a 2.8" full motion video touchscreen, enhanced Wi -Fi performance up to 150', and Instant -Waking™ to the modern homeowner.

In addition, a wide variety of Crestron apps and for Apple® iPod, iPod touch®, iPad™ and Mac® opened the door for installers to blend custom home entertainment systems with mobile whole house control. Crestron Mobile™, Crestron Mobil Pro™, Crestron Mobile Pro™ G, and XPanel for Mac® enable homeowners to control audio, video, lights, shades and thermostats from anywhere in the world from their portable Apple device or Mac.

Serving small and large markets across America, eight of the Top 10 companies on the CE Pro 100 are Crestron dealers.

"Crestron congratulates each company on this prestigious list, and we applaud their hard work, dedication and innovation in driving our industry forward," said Crestron Executive Vice President, Randy Klein. "It's really gratifying to see that the most successful companies in our industry are Crestron dealers. We're especially proud to have contributed once again to the success of so many of our dealers who were honored this year."
