Cinemar Adds Support for Live Streaming Video of Axis Communications Products

Axis Client Side ActiveX Streaming Video Window Released for MainLobby

Kenosha, Wisconsin, United States, 04/28/2010 - Cinemar, Inc., a leading provider of affordable home automation and media management solutions since 2002, has announced a new product to display live streaming video from Axis Communications products within MainLobby.

The Axis Client Side ActiveX Streaming Video Window library object is simply dropped onto the design stage. Users can easily position and size the video window then assign an IP address to instantly start streaming their Axis video product into MainLobby. Setup takes just a few minutes.

Multiple streaming windows are possible on the same scene. Users also can define whether pan and tilt features are accessible when clicking on the video window. The video window can display Axis cameras or their line of video encoders. Axis video encoders make it extremely easy to route analog video sources like security cameras and cable boxes to one or many MainLobby clients.

Cinemar has plans to integrate the Axis Client Side ActiveX Streaming Video Window into their sports bar audio and video control packages. DirecTV and cable boxes will be viewable to bartenders on the touch screens providing instant feedback while switching channels from the onscreen remote.
