In his new role, Halaburda's focus will be on growing OmniMount's brand, specifically among its national accounts.
OmniMount, the leading manufacturer of consumer and commercial A/V mounting and furniture solutions, today announced the promotion of Dan Halaburda to the general manager of national accounts. Halaburda was promoted from the position of national sales manager of e -commerce and special markets.
Halaburda has been with OmniMount since 2007 and will now focus on managing the company's national accounts base. "OmniMount has a strong tradition in specialty home theater and professional A/V channels," said Halaburda. "Over the past three years we've also branched out to work on a national level and I'm thrilled to be an integral part of that effort."
Halaburda has over 25 years of experience in the consumer electronics industry. Before joining OmniMount, Halaburda served as the vice president of national accounts at DBL Distributing, Inc., where he was responsible for acquiring and managing all sales and sales related activities for strategic national accounts for the distribution firm. Dan has held posts at Panasonic, Go -Video and Sonicblue, Inc. among others, in his tenure.
"Dan has been with OmniMount for three years and during that time has shown great skill and enthusiasm in working at the national accounts level," said Alex Robertson, the senior vice president of sales and marketing for OmniMount. "In his new position, Dan will have the ability to continue to drive and grow this business."
