ANTHONY GALLO ACOUSTICS TO UNVEIL ALL -NEW REFERENCE 3.5 AT CES 2010

The Reference 3.5 combines key elements of both the award-winning Reference 3.1 and the critically acclaimed Strada

LAS VEGAS, January 7, 2010 -Anthony Gallo Acoustics (AGA), manufacturer of award -winning stereo and home theater speakers and subwoofers, will display its latest cutting -edge reference loudspeaker, the Reference 3.5, at CES in the Venetian Hotel in room #29 -332. The new loudspeaker features an enhanced version of the company's exclusive OPT® system, known as OPT® Level 2, which corrects electrical timing errors that are inherent in all audio systems.

"Our original Reference 3.1 speaker was incredibly popular, and we are getting a tremendous response to our new Reference Strada speaker," says William Fried, Vice President of Operations for AGA. "In creating the Reference 3.5, we married the key elements of the Reference 3.1 with the new innovations found in the Strada, added OPT® Level 2, and the result is an engineering masterpiece that connects the listener with their entertainment on entirely new levels. We showed a beta version of this speaker at last year's CES, but this year it's a completely new speaker that we are very excited to present."

With the original OPT system responsible for mechanical phase relationships, OPT Level 2 is based on electrical modifications that apply a countermeasure to the corrosive effects of dielectric absorption in speaker wire. These negative effects can result in the smearing of audio and the creation of phase issues. As with all AGA speakers, the Reference 3.5 features the company's patented S2 Technology, which improves low -frequency extension. In addition, the loudspeaker's new CDT™ 3 tweeter utilizes a new grill topology, which improves vertical dispersion.

About Anthony Gallo Acoustics:
Formed in 1994, Anthony Gallo Acoustics (AGA) has been raising the bar in loudspeaker design and technology ever since. Specializing in audio products that exemplify the term "price -to -performance ratio," AGA is a pioneer in spherical enclosure technology. While universally accepted as the ideal enclosure shape, the sphere's inherent standing wave issue prevented companies from bringing a ball -shaped speaker to market. AGA solved this problem with its patented S2 Technology, which also enhances low -frequency extension and regulates acoustic impedance. Thus, AGA has won numerous awards and accolades for its unique products and innovative technologies such as its powerhouse Nucleus® Reference 3, the smaller, titanium -driven A' Diva Ti and revolutionary Cylindrical Diaphragm Transducer (CDT™) tweeter. Today, AGA's products are sold in more than 43 countries, including a complete line of stereo speakers, home theater speaker systems, powered subwoofers and installation accessories that complement their award -winning speakers.

Yale Real Living™ Assure Lock™ with Bluetooth

The new Yale Real Living™ Assure Lock™ with Bluetooth replaces conventional keys with digital keys accessed through the Yale Digital Keys app for Android and iOS mobile devices, and through an app for the new Samsung Gear S2 smartwatch. The Yale app allows homeowners to unlock doors, send keys to others, control when others have access, get a message when someone enters, and revoke a digital key at any time. Unlocking the deadbolt couldn't be simpler, whether using the Samsung Gear S2 or a smartphone. With the new Samsung Gear S2, touch the watch app to activate the digital key, then touch the lock screen to unlock the deadbolt. With a smartphone, Yale's "Twist and Go" technology allows the user to hold the phone vertically when approaching the door, then twist it 90 degrees to unlock the deadbolt. Homeowners can also unlock the deadbolt using its capacitive touchscreen and a four- to eight-digit code.
