SnapAV Launches New Website for Episode Brand of Loudspeakers and Electronics

SnapAV's new Episode site uses imagery to personify each product to help consumers better understand how they fit into the home. The site also articulates the 'added value' that the custom installer brings to the equation.

Charlotte, NC - September 21, 2009 - SnapAV, a manufacturer and exclusive source of more than 700 high -quality products for the custom audio / video channel in the US and Canada, has launched a new Episode™ brand website, concurrent with the launch of the brand's new line of In -Ceiling, In -Wall and In -Room loudspeakers. The URL for the new website is http://www.episodespeakers.com.

"Our #1 product development priority, the new Episode speaker line represents SnapAV's achievements in creating an even better -sounding, well -balanced product line than previous, and we wanted a website on par with its performance," says SnapAV marketing VP Adam Levy.

In addition to offering insight to the company's background and approach, imagery is used to personify each product to better help consumers understand how they fit into the home. For example, an In -Ceiling speaker is referred to as 'Smooth Operator' for its natural unexaggerated acoustics; an In -Room LCR is referred to as 'The Magician' to emphasize the illusion of 3 -dimensional space created from its ribbon tweeter's precise imaging. This theme is carried through for each product that the brand offers.

"No consumer ever got excited about a page of specs," says Levy. "The goal of this approach is for the homeowner to put 2 + 2 together; to comprehend why a particular product was recommended by their custom installer including our approach to building that product and why it is special."

"As Episode speakers are available only through an installer, it was also important for us to clearly articulate the added value that the custom installer brings to the equation - it's in our best interest to ensure that the homeowner understands that value proposition," says Levy.
