SIM2 SHOWCASES THE 2009 COLLECTION AT CEDIA EXPO

SIM2 is using CEDIA 2009 to make a bold statement to its dealers by showcasing the 2009 Collection, including its full line of Grand Cinema three-chip and single-chip DLP models, as well as breaking new ground in areas of LCD flat panel, and LED.

CEDIA EXPO, Atlanta, Georgia -September 2009 -SIM2 is using CEDIA Expo 2009 to make a bold statement to its dealers by showcasing the 2009 Collection, including its full line of Grand Cinema three -chip and single -chip DLP models, as well as breaking new ground in areas of LCD flat panel, and LED technologies. A forthcoming 3 -D technology announcement will be made in Q4 2009.

The C3X LUMIS, making its debut at CEDIA, takes its place atop the famous Grand Cinema C3X Series. With its three -chip models firmly in place, SIM2 has set its sights on a new course for single chip technology. During CEDIA, SIM2 will preview its first entry in the LED projection category. The MICO 50 with its trio of high power Phlatlight LEDs by Luminus (one for each primary color R, G and B) allows direct light pumping into the projector optics without going through an ordinary projector's color wheel. This all -new LED model will be previewed during the show, with full production expected during Q4 2009.

CEDIA also marks the formal introduction of the award -winning SOLAR Display marking the culmination of nearly two years of research and development working in partnership with Dolby to produce the world's first HDR -enabled LCD display. The SOLAR is expected to ship by Q42009.
