New ng Connect Program member will develop cutting-edge streaming video security and monitoring capabilities for next generation networks.

Intamac Systems Ltd, the Market Leader in service delivery for the Connected Home today announced its participation in the ng Connect Program, a new multi -industry initiative which will drive the development of next generation broadband services based on Long Term Evolution (LTE) and other high bandwidth technologies.

These new products and services, representing the first in a wave of new bundled monitoring propositions for the home, are available on three continents through blue -chip partners such as British Telecom, IAG, and Bell Canada.

By using open software architecture and API's to develop their services, Intamac will work with other ng Connect programme members to show how their remote platform can network a range of disparate devices in Consumers' homes. Intamac will demonstrate how connected IP cameras in a Consumers' home can live -stream images over the LTE network directly to any IP -connected device via a next generation broadband network. The devices could include mobile phones, TVs, in -vehicle video systems allowing end -users to view events and activity in their property, from anywhere in the world and at any time.
