SA-3050 Audio Analyzer Inducted Into The CEDIA Product Hall Of Fame

Mountlake Terrace, WA - AudioControl, long known for their legacy of offering high performance measurement and correction products announced that their SA -3050 Audio Analyzer will be inducted into the CEDIA Product Hall Of Fame at the 2009 Expo in Atlanta. The SA -3050 is a one -third -octave real time audio analyzer that allows Electronic Systems Contractors to easily and accurately measure the frequency response and sound pressure levels of audio systems. The AudioControl SA -3050 was one of eight products from selected manufacturers that will be part of the inaugural group that will be inducted this fall.

The SA -3050 offered a complete range of features including a pink noise generator, calibrated microphone, memories with averaging, SPL functions, and peak hold utilities. Additionally it came with an internal battery pack and a smart charger, which made the SA -3050 very portable. Electronic System Contractors will be happy to know that the SA -3050 legacy still lives on today in AudioControl' s updated and improved SA -3052 audio analyzer which is currently available.

CEDIA developed the Product Hall Of Fame to show the heritage of the residential electronics industry and track the progression of product development and technology. Inductees are currently highlighted on the CEDIA web site at and will be displayed at a special Product Showcase at the 2009 Expo.
