San Jose - March 11, 2009 - Atlona Technologies turns it up a notch announcing the upcoming release of their 1x12 HDMI distribution amplifier, which can split any HDMI source with up to 12 outputs without signal loss, by adding support for HDMI 1.3. Like its predecessor, the AT -HD -V112 will allow any Digital video source, with an HDMI output (such as: DVD, Satellite, Cable Box, PC, Xbox360, PS3 and more) to connect to a maximum of twelve simultaneous HD displays. With the added HDMI1.3 support, there are many other attributes such as an increased single -link bandwidth. The increased bandwidth enables support for Dolby TrueHD (5.1/7.1/10.1 Ch) audio as well as a higher display resolution and deeper color depth for all twelve of your displays. Along with these enhancements, HDMI 1.3 is fully backwards compatible with previous versions of HDMI and incorporates automatic audio syncing capability as well as high resolutions up to 1080p.

These units are perfect for in store video displays, education and worship facility applications, and especially beneficial for high quality digital signage.

The AT -HD -V112 will be available at the end of April with an MSRP of 699.00
