Centronics Offers Free Upgraded Satellite System Design & Implementation Help Desk for Customers

This Service for Help in Design and Implementation for Small to Large MDU Satellite Systems for Both DirecTV and DISH Network is Offered Free to Centronics Customers

STEVENSVILLE, Md. Aug. 6, 2008 - Centronics, Inc. (centronics.com), a leading distributor of audio, video, and accessory products for the security, commercial, and residential markets since 1959, is proud to announce it offers free service for help in design and implementation for small to large MDU satellite systems. This upgraded service is for both DirecTV (including the new HD Wide Band) and Dish Network.

"Centronics has been involved in the satellite industry since the days of C -Band and have always offered support for customers on what we sell," explained Tony Pelura, Centronics general manager. "Recently, because of the quick changes with DirecTV and Dish Network, we have been getting many questions on how to design and troubleshoot these commercial systems. Of course, we took our customers' needs as a priority and have created the desired service for them."

As a result, Centronics now offers an upgraded service, free of charge, to help design and implement projects for both satellite systems, including either starting fresh with a new system or to help upgrade existing systems.

"For the past six years we have relied on Centronics' free design and technical help on some of our most challenging MDU installations," said Randy Allen, president of Allen Business Communications, Inc., a leading commercial DirecTV installer based in Richmond, Va. "In a business where technology is constantly changing, it's nice to have a supplier that we can always count on."

Recently, Allen had a 64 -unit apartment with a standard definition (old style) DirecTV dish and wanted to upgrade to DirecTV's new high -definition dish. As a result, Allen, a longstanding Centronics customer, contacted Centronics about what he was looking for in the upgrade. Centronics then took the necessary information and drew up a schematic showing exactly where to place each piece of equipment. Centronics then quoted the project's material cost, exactly as the
project design demanded. Allen then received the equipment from Centronics and installed it as per Centronics' new project design.

Centronics also offers troubleshooting help for such projects. "After Randy [Allen] could not get a few lower level receivers to work, he then called our 800 number and we walked him through the trouble shoot while he was on -site," Pelura added. "Randy's project is up and running and is now getting the desired high definition signal into all apartments."

Concluded Pelura, "Centronics prides itself on providing both the industry's best products as well as the best customer service, and this is a main reason we have been in business for 50 years. This new customer help desk is just our latest offering so our customers not only get the best products available in the market today from Centronics, but they also receive, first hand, access to Centronics' decades of experience and knowledge."
