- About Silicon Arts Design & Concert Fidelity, Inc.

Two Brands EOne Designer ETranscending Vacuum Tube and Solid State Boundary

Masataka Tsuda, our president and CTO, has been designing and building vacuum tube and solid state electronics for over 35 year. His first commercial product was the Concert Fidelity SPA -4A Solid State Phono Preamp, introduced in 1986. His first Silicon Arts Design product was a ground breaking solid state power amplifier, Indigo -90 monoblock, introduced in 1993.

Both brands share Masa's design philosophy of keeping circuits and signal paths as simple as possible in order to achieve sonic purity, and as a result transcend vacuum tube and solid state boundary. At the same time, Masa is exercising the essence of traditional Japanese craftsmanship, through meticulous attention to detail and through the art of minimalism.
