Phase Technologies Introduces New CI Series VIII Speakers at CEDIA Fall 2007

Custom installation speaker series boasts new lifetime limited warranty

Jacksonville, Fla., August, 1, 2007 - Known for its industry -leading engineering and product development team, Phase Technology has released a new generation of its signature Custom Installation (CI) speakers - CI Series VIII. Since 1985, Phase Technology has become renowned for producing the highest -quality custom installation speakers available.

Phase Tech will be introducing this line at CEDIA, 2007. This is the eight generation of CI since 1985; and the new line boasts a multitude of enhancements, notably including a new lifetime limited warranty. Ken Hecht, President of Phase Technology, states, "We have so much confidence in our CI products that we're including a lifetime limited warranty." The series has greater efficiency, a bass output of 4 dB higher than the previous version, and a new crossover network with enhanced components, heavier wire and thicker PCB. Ken adds, "This is the best performing CI line we have ever designed."

Most of the CI VIII models also include one -inch (1") soft dome variable axis tweeters; and higher end models incorporate glass fiber cones for increased rigidity and speed, which results in a smoother midrange response and a quicker, tighter bass. CI Series VIII speakers are made of weather -resistant materials, are paintable to match any décor, and are easily removable for transfer or installation of the next generation speaker series.

The CIs are available in a wide variety of both round and rectangular models to meet any budget or performance expectation, and all fit into universal mounts. A hallmark of Phase Tech's CI series is the universal mounting flange/grille assembly so that one rectangular and one round mount (available in either flat or 15 tilt version) fit the entire product line. The rectangular CIs use our patented tool -free clamping system, and the Ci -110 in -walls use the patented Positive Clamping™ system.

Phase Tech will unveil this new line at the CEDIA EXPO 2007, September 6 -9, 2007, at the Colorado Convention Center. Visit Phase Tech at booth #124 and sound room #9.
