Advanced Proposal Design
for the Smart Office Suite Software Package
BOSTON, MA - Simply Reliable Software is proud to release Advanced Proposal Design, a new module for their SmartOffice business software. This new software allows the customer installer to create exciting proposals that will make their potential customers go WOW and therefore create more sales.
What makes Advanced Proposal Design so unique is the ability to incorporate numerous levels of graphics, both with product photos and also room layouts that allow the customer to more easily understand what they are purchasing. Over 20 different proposal layouts are built into the system as well as the ability to custom design your own layout. Layouts also include the ability to use your own "identity" colors and the insertion of your company's logo and custom art.
The design system allows for the use of both product descriptions and photos from the large data base of custom products that is available to Simply Reliable software users. This database also includes pricing information that can also be customized for each dealer's specific requirements.
Custom Cover Pages are easily created to allow for a unique identity for every dealer.
The additional use of room layout drawings to show where products will be installed is another custom feature of the Advanced Proposal Design software.
As with all Simply Reliable software products, the integration of the proposal is a simple task for the dealer. With the acceptance, by the customer, the proposal can create purchase orders for products, scheduling and even invoicing for the completed tasks or design stages in the project. This integration also allows for analytical data to be obtained on profit margins and the status of completion for the job.
