Savant Debuts Ground Breaking Automation Hardware in Massachusetts Concept Home

Savant to show off their "Rosie" controller and a 13.3 -inch wireless touchpanel in custom-built concept home

Osterville, MA. May, 2007 -Savant Systems has announced that their first ever public in -home product installation and demo will take place at a concept home sponsored by Massachusetts ABC television affiliate, WCVB Channel 5. Located on Ox Pasture Lane in Cohasset, Mass., the upscale custom built home will feature top -of -the -line products and materials from an array of suppliers.


Savant will be showing off their "Rosie" controller and a 13.3 -inch wireless touchpanel, which will operate media and entertainment applications throughout the home. The Savant touchpanel is a leading -edge solution that is astonishingly simple for integrators to program and end -users to operate. It provides intuitive and graphically -rich control of Rosie's vast home automation capabilities. Cape Cod -based, AViX LLC is in charge of integrating the Savant hardware into the model home.

House Tours Benefit Regional Charity

The Robert F. Kennedy Children's Action Corps is thrilled to be the charity partner in the 2007 Concept Home. Proceeds from the tours of the home will directly benefit the children in 18 programs throughout 10 communities across Massachusetts.
