Agreement Creates Comprehensive, Digital Home Technical Services and Support Solution for Broadband Providers, OEMs, ISVs, and Retailers

Boulder, Colo, February 26, 2007 - Peak8 Solutions announced today the acquisition of Digiticians of Waltham, Mass., the provider of a proprietary web services management dashboard and automated service delivery and installation platform sold through cable operators. Terms of the deal were not revealed.
