Now offering four different screen sizes (42, 50, 60, and 65 -inches, respectively) the VP -6000 and VP -6000VHD incorporate advanced engineering and design features to deliver true high -definition capability to the big screen flat panel category.


With an impressive 60 -inch diagonal picture area and measuring less than 4" deep, Vidikron's newest flat panel is the perfect option for rooms with challenging light conditions or where wall -mounting the display is imperative. The new VP -6000 models feature native 1365 x 768 (720p) resolution and replace the company's current VP -60 and VP -60VHD.. The VP -6000 models bring high -definition viewing with rich color, contrast, and detail.making them easily the focal point of any room with Vidikron's sleek styling and imagery

The VP -6000 models have a 16:9 native resolution and feature advanced engineering innovations to reproduce bright, clear images, regardless of the source. Each model handles all HDTV signals, as well as standard television with ease as Vidikron's superior video processing with 3:2 film detection circuitry provides exceptional detail, artifact -free video enhancement, and elevates standard NTSC material to near HD quality. The VP -6000 incorporates Imagix™ processing technology into the monitor, and the VP -6000VHD is equipped with an external VHD controller, offering greater installation flexibility with a pure digital signal.

Featuring a generous number of inputs these flat -panel monitors provide greater connection versatility and compatibility, and are the ideal choice for discerning viewers. Each has multiple aspect ratio control including Vidikron's IntelliWide™ mode to view standard video formats in widescreen without loss of image quality. IR and discrete RS -232 controls facilitate glitch -free custom installation.

Delivering exceptional image quality without compromise, Vidikron's new plasma monitors have full ISF™ calibration capabilities, meeting the Imaging Science Foundation's exacting standards for outstanding image fidelity in diverse room lighting conditions. In addition, each features Vidikron's Dynamic Pixel Protection™ to help prevent stationery image burn.
