New Phase Technology CLR™ Series Delivers 3 Channels from 2 Speakers

JACKSONVILLE, FL - January 8, 2007 - Phase Technology introduces the Arté and CI-150 models for on-wall, free-standing or in-wall installations with flat-screen displays.

JACKSONVILLE, FL - January 8, 2007 - Phase Technology, the leading manufacturer of high -fidelity speakers for custom home entertainment systems, introduces the Arté and CI -150 models for on -wall, free -standing or in -wall installations with flat -screen displays. The uniqueness of the Arté (on -wall, free -standing) and CI -150 (in -wall) models is derived from CLR™ Center Channel Technology. Because the two main front speakers each contain two separate enclosures, one for each main speaker and one for the center channel, visual wall clutter is minimized.

CLR™ technology works by running parallel outputs from the amplifier to each center channel module of the front main speakers. The result is an aesthetically integrated surround sound system with superb clarity and detail in all three main front channels.

This new design allows custom installers to mount a speaker on each side of a home theater video display, and produce all the sound quality and accuracy of a third, center -channel speaker.

"Phase Technology's new CLR™ series speakers open up completely new possibilities for custom installers who want more flexibility in designing a high -performance home theater," said Ken Hecht, president of Phase Technology. "One pair of CLR™ speakers gives listeners all the performance of two L/R speakers as well as a center channel speaker, while maintaining a more seamless aesthetic effect."

The Arté and CI -150 are unique 2 -way systems which include dual 5.25" RPF Kevlar -laminated solid piston drivers and dual 1" user -adjustable soft dome tweeters, and offer superb sound quality for all three front channels from just two speakers. Proprietary mounting systems are included for both the on -wall and in -wall systems.

The CI -150 is an in -wall speaker which is custom paintable, while the Arte offers a highly -stylized design for on -wall or free -standing applications, and comes in either gloss black or silver lacquer.
