AVAD Opens New Philadelphia Location to Best Serve Area Dealers

New State-of-the-Art Distribution and Training Center Designed to Provide Outstanding Support to Local Dealer Base

Van Nuys, Calif. - December 18, 2006 - AVAD LLC, America's leading distributor of custom home electronics, announced today that the company has opened a new distribution center in Philadelphia to best serve the area's regional dealer base. Now accepting orders for pickup, AVAD -Philadelphia is officially opens for business and begins full -scale shipping operations this month.


At 18,000 square feet, the new facility provides a complete inventory of residential system solutions, as well as comprehensive product training, technical and sales support. The center is conveniently located smack in the middle of AVAD's Philadelphia dealer base, only one mile off either the Pennsylvania Turnpike or Route 476.

True to the AVAD tradition of investing heavily in the technical expertise of their dealers, the location also features a state -of -the -art training facility. The training facility will comfortably seat 25 to 30 people and will have full technical support with projection video, wireless Internet and network capability. An ample showroom with multiple integrated technology systems are also in place, so dealers and their clients can see how AVAD's leading brands interact with one another. Dealers will also be able to walk directly into the will -call area as they enter the front door.
