While protecting AV gear has always been their forte, RGPC is making a move to protect both dealers and customers from unauthorized re -sellers who vend products without warranties and with no guarantee they will function properly.
Richard Gray's Power Company Dealer Policy: In order to insure highest customer satisfaction, new RGPC products may only be purchased from Authorized RGPC Dealers. Purchases via unauthorized dealers and internet auction sites are presumed to be used and are not covered by any RGPC Warranty. Richard Gray's Power Company does not warrant, in any way, products that are purchased from anyone who is not an Authorized Dealer or products that have had their serial number altered or defaced.

Consumers are purchasing products with no warranty and no guarantee that they will even work. Since fine tuning and installation of Richard Gray products can have a significant effect on performance, customers are also losing out on the expertise an authorized dealer can provide."
