New Interface Delivers Timely Convergence Solution for Telecom Service Providers

The latest interface, BaseCamp CSTM, delivers home control capabilities using MPEG -4 Part 10 AVC. BaseCamp CS's multicast H.264 stream for IPTV uses minimum bandwidth and can be transmitted reliably from anywhere in the house via Ethernet or existing cable and phone wiring using HPNA 1.0 and HPNA 2.0. Additionally, unlike many other control systems, BaseCamp CS allows the user to easily navigate the streaming video interface from any television in the house using a remote control, while also giving the option of off -site home control via the Internet. BaseCamp CS is currently the first home automation system on the market that utilizes the AVC codec standard.
Earlier this year, BuLogics launched the BaseCamp home automation system to deliver innovative home control that average consumers can easily install and configure themselves. BaseCamp utilizes Zensys' Z -WaveTM wireless standard, a wireless radio frequency (RF) based communications technology created for residential control.
