dnp denmark Appoints New Senior Account Executive to Expand U.S. Sales Network

Manfred Freiberger, a 17-year veteran of the CE industry brings his skills in market expansion and distribution management to the Danish company

KARLSLUNDE, DENMARK, October 16, 2006 - dnp, a specialist in the design and manufacture of optical projection screens for the residential and commercial market, has announced the appointment of Manfred Freiberger to the position of Senior Account Executive. He will function as the primary sales contact in the U.S., replacing Greg Mulligan who was previously responsible for sales support in the U.S.


Mr. Freiberger will be in charge of extending the existing dealer network by expanding distribution with new sales representative appointments and developing a broader dealer base. Additionally, he will be coordinating the development of a showroom and training center in Southern California for the commercial and residential markets.

Mr. Freiberger is a 17 -year veteran of the CE industry with experience in international marketing and sales. Most of his career, he has specialized in developing the front projection screen market, which makes him an invaluable addition to the dnp sales team. Most recently he was the Vice President of International Sales for AudioQuest, manufacturers of specialized A/V cables. Before that he served as the Director of Marketing and International Sales for Stewart Filmscreen Corp from 1998 to 2005. He was also the National Sales and Project Manager for DRM Projection Solutions in Australia and prior to that he served as the Export Sales Manager for BKE Rear Projection Solutions in Germany.
