Founded in January 2005, the Elite Partner program was developed to extend Peerless' commitment to exceeding customer expectations by maximizing partner profitability, customer service and communication. The program provides a comprehensive customer care solution that includes specialized order processing and streamlined communications with dedicated representatives who work with partners as a single point of contact. All representatives complete a comprehensive training program, and Elite Partners receive a dedicated 800 number for priority customer care.
