heads Intel's Networked Media Platform Group
INDIANAPOLIS (July 24, 2006) - Following reports that 30 million U.S.
households will have entertainment networks by 2010*, the Custom Electronic
Design and Installation Association (CEDIA) announced that Intel's Bill
Leszinske, general manager of Networked Media Platform Group, will address
the residential electronic systems industry at the CEDIA EXPO 2006 Opening
Keynote Breakfast. The breakfast will be held on September 14, at the
Colorado Convention Center in Denver from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Leszinske has an extensive background in sales and marketing. In 2004, he
formed the Digital Home marketing team within Intel's Desktop Products
Group. He also serves as director of Chipset and Software Marketing for the
same group. Prior to joining Intel, he was a regional applications manager
for one of the world's largest computer companies.
Leszinske joined Intel in 1989, and holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering
from Texas A&M University. He is based at Intel Corporation's Folsom,
Calif., campus, and lives nearby with his wife and three children.
