NuVision Appoints ProAct Sales & Custom Partners to Represent Metro New York/N. New Jersey Territory

Scottsdale, Ariz., July 17, 2006 - NuVision U.S., Inc, a Scottsdale, Ariz. - based advanced HDTV manufacturer, is proud to announce that it has appointed ProAct Sales & Custom Partners (New Hyde Park, N.Y.) its Metro New York/North New Jersey sales representative and distribution firm. In addition to NuVision's line of high -performance LCD TVs, ProAct will act as the sales representative for NuVisions' recently announced LED illuminated 1080p DLP rear projection TV, which is planned to ship prior to CEDIA 2006 in September.

"ProAct shares our ideals that the customer comes first, and in our case that's the specialty retailer and custom installer," said Charles H. Boornazian, NuVision vice president - sales. "The ProAct team intimately knows this selective market and its detailed and specific needs, especially in such a demanding territory as New York. We are proud to partner with them."

Richard Radimer - ProAct president and founder, explained that NuVision's mission to cater to the needs of the CEDIA custom install channel and high -end A/V specialty retailers is a main reason ProAct wanted to add the NuVision line. He explained that most HDTV vendors have decided to go mass market (such as Best Buy and Circuit City) or national mass distributors, and so NuVision is a solid choice for dealers who are tired of having to deal with such widely over merchandised and underperforming lines.

NuVision announced in late February that it received equity funding from Mitsui Comtek Corp. Mitsui Comtek was founded in 1986 by Mitsui & Co., Ltd. as the strategic subsidiary for IT & Electronics business in U.S. market. Mitsui Comtek has been very active in enabling advanced display technologies to be launched into the consumer IT and CE markets through various strategic partnerships. Mitsui Comtek has been an early investor in a wide range of technology companies such as Gateway 2000, Nanosolar, and SiRF. In addition to its line of high -performance LCD TVs, NuVision announced and showed an LED illuminated 1080p DLP projection TV at the 2006 Spring EH Expo for delivery to the market in the summer of 2006.
