Don J. Buehner, LiteTouch President and CEO, is now the majority shareholder of the company. Don J. has organized a LiteTouch Team that is prepared and committed to deliver on the foundation built by founder Don L. Buehner and Bill Jones.
Salt Lake City, UT (July, 2006) - Don J. Buehner, age 41 LiteTouch President and CEO, announced that he has purchased Bill Jones', LiteTouch 20 -year Board Member, interest in the company.

Don J. said of LiteTouch's significance in building the thriving lighting control industry of today.
Don J., now the majority shareholder, has organized a LiteTouch Team that is prepared and committed to deliver on the foundation built by founder Don L. Buehner and Bill Jones. 'LiteTouch is the premier provider of lighting control products to the residential marketplace and our commitment to continually strengthen our product line delivers distinct value to our customers,' said Don J.

Don J. has an extensive business background. He received his undergraduate and graduate MBA degrees from Brigham Young University. His experience includes being a product specialist with Franklin Covey, an innovative producer of productivity improvement products and a financial analyst with Payless ShoeSource, a fast growing $3 Billion apparel company. In 1998 he returned to Utah and subsequently accepted the LiteTouch, Inc. position of Director of Operations and later as President and CEO.
He also announced that his operating team will include:
o Doug Wilson, age 62, Vice President. Former president of Wellman Friction Products, world wide manufacturer of aerospace and automotive products. Doug has a degree in mathematics from Fort Hays Kansas State University and has held executive positions in Fortune 500 Companies. After relocating to Salt Lake City and completing a humanitarian project in Russia, he joined LiteTouch as Director of Strategic Planning in 2002. Doug has accepted an invitation to serve on the LiteTouch Board of Directors.
o Doug Campbell, age 50, Director of Sales and Distribution. A graduate of University of Utah, Doug Campbell has led successful sales organizations in varied industries, most importantly with a leading manufacturer of window shading, a synergistic product of lighting control. He recently organized a partnership approach with Solar Shading Systems and pioneered the field delivery of quality LiteTouch Sales opportunities through LiteTouch Regional Sales Managers to its dealer/rep channel.
o Angie Larson, age 30, Director of Marketing. As a graduate and communications specialist from Westminster College, SLC, she has been a member of the LiteTouch Marketing Team for 7 years. Her team has created innovative sales tools, including the recently released leading educational tool for the sale of lighting control benefits - an online lighting control experience showcased at www.LiteTouch.com.
o Eric Seljaas, age 31, Director of Operations. An Electrical Engineer and MBA graduate from the University of Utah. As a leader of LiteTouch's Engineering Department, 2000 -2005, he led several LiteTouch Project Improvement teams before becoming the Director of Operations. With Jesse Wood, formerly LiteTouch Integration Specialist and Product Development Manager, now LiteTouch's Engineering Manager, they will continue the world -famous LiteTouch trademark of innovation by expanding LiteTouch's product line with dependable, distinct and easy -to -install lighting control products.
Don will be attending Light Fair this month and CEDIA in September to personally introduce his future goals for LiteTouch.
