NuVision Appoints Industry Veteran Charles H. Boornazian Vice President - Sales

Scottsdale, Ariz., June 19, 2006 -NuVision U.S., Inc, a Scottsdale, Ariz. -based advanced HDTV manufacturer, is proud to announce that it has appointed 30 -year industry veteran Charles H. Boornazian Vice President - Sales. Boornazian comes to NuVision from Marantz America, where he spent the past eight years as the company's V.P. - Sales.

"As the HDTV market continues its dramatic growth, we are extremely pleased to have an industry pro such as Charlie lead NuVision's sales efforts," said Scott Deley, NuVision President & CEO. "Charlie's years of experience with leading international consumer electronics manufacturers and his intimate knowledge of the North American A/V specialty and custom install sales channels give NuVision the ability to most effectively address these channels."

Boornazian joins NuVision after spending the past 11 years with Marantz America, where he was the company's National Sales Manager, and then promoted to V.P. - Sales. Prior to Marantz, Boornazian spent two years with JBL Consumer Products as Director of Home Audio Sales, five years with Carver Corporation as a regional sales manager, five years as a manufacturer's representative with one of New England's largest consumer electronics rep firms, and seven years consumer electronics retail management experience. Under his sales leadership, Marantz blossomed into one of the most respected A/V brands in North America with a strong, solid distribution base.

In addition to hiring Boornazian, NuVision has also recently brought industry veteran Paul Fredrickson on -board as the company's V.P. - Marketing and Strategic Planning. Besides solidifying its management team, NuVision also announced in late February that it received equity funding from Mitsui Comtek Corp. Mitsui Comtek was founded in 1986 by Mitsui & Co., Ltd. as the strategic subsidiary for IT & Electronics business in U.S. market. Mitsui Comtek has been very active in enabling advanced display technologies to be launched into the consumer IT and CE markets through various strategic partnerships. Mitsui Comtek has been an early investor in a wide range of technology companies such as Gateway 2000, Nanosolar, and SiRF. In addition to its line of high -performance LCD TVs, NuVision announced and showed an LED illuminated 1080p DLP projection TV at the 2006 Spring EH Expo for delivery to the market in the summer of 2006.
