Tracy Carl Knapp Joins OmniMount as Sales Manager - Commercial Products

Responsibilities for the 18-Year Industry Veteran Include Managing OmniMount's Commercial Accounts While Growing the Company's Professional Audio/Video Business

Phoenix, Ariz., June 5, 2006 - OmniMount Systems, Inc. is proud to announce that Tracy Carl Knapp has joined the company as sales manager, commercial products. In this role, Knapp, an 18 -year industry veteran, most recently with Toshiba America Information Systems, will be responsible for managing OmniMount's commercial accounts while focusing on the strategic growth of the company's professional audio/video business.

With more than 18 years sales experience in the ProAV, OEM, distribution and retail channels, Knapp most recently was with Toshiba Projectors as an area manager responsible for its western region. Prior to Toshiba, Knapp owned OSR, a manufacturer representative company. OSR represented LCD and Plasma manufacturers from China and the U.S.
