The Wizard Works His Magic At EHX

Audio Legend Bob Carver of Sunfire Greets Fans New and Old

Snohomish, WA April 11, 2006 - Sunfire founder and industry guru Bob Carver, met with hundreds of enthusiastic attendees at the recent EHX in Orlando. Demonstrating that he and his innovative products still are at the top of their game, Mr. Carver delighted in showing off the latest Sunfire line while lacing his presentations with fascinating anecdotes from his storied, thirty -five year career.

In addition to working the Sunfire/ELAN booth on the floor for all three days, Mr. Carver also held an intimate "Meet the Wizard" reception late on Friday afternoon. The special event featured an informal interview by Sunfire GM Mark Weisenberg followed by individual questions from the audience.

Obviously delighted with the response, Mr. Carver commented, "I have always enjoyed meeting with people throughout the industry and EHX was no exception. I was thrilled to meet with so many people who have known me or my products back to the Phase Linear days. And with Sunfire's focus on the custom market, it was also wonderful to meet and speak with custom retailers and installers who may be just getting introduced to our products." Mr. Carver went on to add, "At a show like this, I could further appreciate the powerful synergy we now enjoy between Sunfire and our sister company ELAN, who is clearly the leader in multi -room audio and home control."

One of the most celebrated figures in the history of audio, Mr. Carver founded such legendary brands as Phase Linear, Carver and of course Sunfire. Founded in 1994, Sunfire Corp. is an innovative designer and manufacturer of high -end audio/video components, home theater solutions, and subwoofers for the specialty retail and custom installation markets. His inventions, too numerous to mention all, include the magnetic field amplifier, sonic holography, High -Back -EMF technology and the Tracking Downconverter™ power supply.

Last fall, Sunfire announced a collaboration with ELAN, the leading multi -room A/V and home control brand, as a result of Sunfire's 2005 acquisition by ELAN's parent company, Nortek. The companies jointly announced that they would leverage and share technologies, wherever synergistic, in order to best serve their dealers and present them with the best in state -of -the -art audio and home theater product offerings.
