Available in lengths up to 59 feet, WhisperTrak' can be installed in either curved or straight configurations. With 24 -volt operation powering these systems, using WhisperTrak is as easy as plugging in a lamp.
The WhisperTrak' system's three interchangeable motor models, the 6200, 6300 and 6302 vary in price, performance and control. All motors feature universal mounting capability. This allows motor placement to be determined in the field. These shades can then be operated via decorator -style compatible paddle switches, two -button switches, four -button switches or a 15 -channel infrared transmitter. WhisperTrak' systems also have the ability to daisy chain the motors into a control network. The WhisperTrak' family of motors include:

The 6302 System is medium duty and capable of handling 88 pounds of drapery over 32 feet with curving ability. The system is conversationally quiet.
The 6300 System is lighter duty, economical and capable of handling over 44 pounds of drapery over 18 feet for straight tracks only. This system is conversationally quiet.
MechoShade Systems, Inc. headquartered in Long Island City, NY and located on the Internet at www.mechoshade.com, is the leading provider of window management solutions to architects and interior designers. Launched in 1969, MechoShade quickly grew by responding to the demand from architects and commercial building owners for energy -efficient window management systems during the energy crisis of the 1970's. It was during this time that MechoShade designed and developed the very first automated shade systems for IBM in Pleasantville, NY and the Gregory Bateson building in Sacramento, California.
Today, the company markets a wide range of window covering products from chain driven manual roller shade systems to window management programs that track and adjust roller shades to the sun's path across the sky. Two such products include the patented Mecho/5R hardware system, and the automated AAC SolarTrac™. It also offers ElectroShade QSS™ (Quiet Shade System), which is 50 to 85 percent quieter than comparable motorized shades. MechoShade provides a complete line of controls to integrate with lighting, building management systems and audio/video systems, as well as innovative textile developments such as eco -effective solar shade cloth, EcoVeil™.
