Zensys announces move of headquarters to Silicon Valley and executive leadership changes

Zensys will relocate its company headquarters to the San Francisco Bay Area. Tony Shakib was appointed CEO and Steve Troyer was appointed Vice President of Marketing. Per Nathanealson, who has served as Zensys' CEO, was named Chairman of the Board.

Menlo Park, CA, March 29, 2006 - Zensys, creator of the Z -Wave wireless mesh networking technology for home control, today announced that it will relocate the company headquarters to the San Francisco Bay Area. In addition, the company announced enhancements to its executive leadership team. Tony Shakib was appointed CEO and Steve Troyer was appointed Vice President of Marketing. In addition, Per Nathanealson, who has served as Zensys' CEO, was named Chairman of the Board.

An accomplished executive with over twenty years of experience, Tony joins Zensys after successful GM roles with leading technology companies including Centillium, AOptix and Nortel. Troyer brings twenty years of sales and marketing experience, including senior roles with leaders like Cisco Systems, Linksys and Juniper Networks.
