Regional Dealer-Only Consumer Electronics Showcase Previews Innovative New Products from Top Home and Mobile Manufacturers; Full House Expected

DALLAS, TX, Feb. 22, 2006 - Electronic Lane Distributing, a member of The EDGE Distributors Group, a nationwide association of consumer electronics distributors serving the custom installation and retail markets, has announced that the Consumer Electronics Expo 2006, a new and expanding regional trade -show and new product showcase for custom installation and electronics dealers, will be held March 18 -19 at the Marriott Quorum Hotel, here in Dallas.

Now in its second year, Consumer Electronics Expo 2006 is jointly sponsored by two other Dallas -area distributors, Sunbelt Associates & Distributing, and Southwest Electronix. The expo offers dealers an exclusive preview of the newest innovations and top brands from 70 leading manufacturers of home and mobile electronics products. The show also features information -critical technical seminars and training sessions, access to factory representatives, and special prices for many of the products on display. Last year's sold -out show drew nearly 1,300 attendees and about 300 dealers. A full house is expected again this year.

"We're excited to have a new opportunity to show dealers the terrific products and product lines available to them in their market, and to demonstrate the superior training and support we're able to provide," said Woody Taylor, Electronic Lane's Executive Vice President. "We know everyone will also benefit from the training seminars, and we're doing our best to make sure they do."

Consumer Electronics Expo evolved from a series of smaller dealer shows presented in earlier years by each of the individual sponsors. "We expect this year's show will be even bigger and better than last year's, drawing more manufacturers and more dealers," said Mr. Taylor. A major highlight of the show will be the exhibition area featuring hundreds of product displays and offerings. Diversions include a Casino Night on Saturday, March 18, with proceeds going to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. The Foundation is a global leader in the fight against breast cancer through innovative research and community -based outreach programs.
