The Combination of Acoustic Magic's Voice Tracker™ Array Microphone and One Voice's Media Center

Acoustic Magic announced a new addition to the list of suppliers of home automation software that have endorsed its Voice Tracker™ array microphone for voice control from ranges of 20 feet or more.

Sudbury, MA February 2, 2006 - - Acoustic Magic announced a new addition to the list of suppliers of home automation software that have endorsed its Voice Tracker™ array microphone for voice control in large room environments.

One Voice Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: ONEV) has begun marketing the Voice TrackerTM Array Microphone, which enables voice interaction with One Voice's Media Center Communicator™ from ranges of 20 feet or more.

According to Dean Weber, president and CEO of One Voice, Inc., "the Voice Tracker's sensitivity and noise reduction capabilities significantly extend the effective range of voice control. During tests in a 17 ft X 22 ft family room, we were able to control the television, stereo, etc. from any seating position.'

Media Center Communicator™ users are equally enthusiastic. According to Christopher Addicott, of Chris Addicott Associates Ltd in the UK, "Quite simply this combination is capable of taking the user experience to the next level."

Enclosed in a sleek charcoal gray casing, the Voice TrackerTM fits unobtrusively on a shelf or table and employs a 'listening beam' that electronically focuses on talkers located in different positions around the room. The beam acts as an acoustic searchlight, picking up voices but spatially filtering out background noise.

The Voice TrackerTM is the only array microphone on the market
that can scan a full 180 degrees; it can steer from one talker to the next in a few milliseconds. Its eight microphone elements and digital noise reduction algorithms greatly enhance sound quality. It can be connected to a PC through the sound card, or through the USB port (with an optional USB adapter).

One Voice's Media Center Communicator is a complete in -home multimedia communications package for Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 - enabling users to speak, using voice recognition, to play and view all their digital content from MP3 music, digital photos, slideshows, videos, live TV and much more.
