26-city tour brings RNET training closer to home

CES, Las Vegas, Jan. 5, 2006 - Audio and video professionals can now learn how to sell, install and profit from multiroom audio -video systems closer to home, thanks to a new education program unveiled today at CES by Russound, a leading multiroom audio -video system manufacturer.

Coming to a city near you, Russound announced the "All Wired Up" Russound RNET® 2006 Tour, which will bring training classes for Russound's RNET two -way communication technology to 26 cities across the U.S. "All Wired Up" makes it easier and less expensive for consumer electronics (CE) professionals to take time out of their busy schedules to learn new skills locally, rather than having to travel afar. It provides valuable hands -on training on live RNET products while enabling them to interact with industry peers in their area, as well as Russound's technical staff.

The details and schedule for the "All Wired Up" Russound RNET 2006 Tour are posted on the company's Web site, http://www.russound.com/edu/roadshow.htm.

"All Wired Up" is an expansion of Russound's Training Education and Certification (TEC) programs, giving dealers and installers a variety of training options to best suit their needs. In addition to local "All Wired Up" tour dates, Russound offers online education courses, as well as workshops and training classes at major trade shows. Industry professionals can also attend Russound's "Wired UP" two -day intensive training seminar at Russound's new state -of -the -art training center at the company's headquarters in Newmarket, NH.

Russound's TEC program provides essential information and training for selling, installing and supporting the growing number of Russound multiroom audio -video systems. This training is essential for learning Russound RNET products, which can offer CE professionals greater revenue opportunities for installing Russound's most advanced systems. Participants are eligible to win product prizes and will receive a certificate of completion.

"These training courses will give the CE professional the confidence that they're providing their customers with high -quality multiroom audio -video systems," said Russound Director of Sales, Support and Education, Chuck Fortier. "This expanded training program creates a network effect of industry professionals working together to sell and promote Russound equipment."
