Integrated Systems Europe 2006 expects record attendance, exhibition figures

Indianapolis, Ind. -As the Custom Electronic Design & Installation Association (CEDIA) celebrates its record draw of more than 26,000 custom electronics professionals to CEDIA EXPO 2005 Sept. 7 -11 in Indianapolis, association officials are anticipating an equally positive turnout for Integrated System Europe (ISE) 2006 show. ISE 2006 is slated for Feb. 1 -3 in Brussels.

CEDIA EXPO is the only show that meets the specialized needs of the residential custom electronics industry. This year's EXPO, which recorded growth of more than 1,000 attendees over last year's event, attracted more than 500 exhibitors to exhibit space in the Indiana Convention Center, RCA Dome and Indianapolis Marriott Downtown.

"We expect an excellent show at Integrated Systems Europe 2006," said Billilynne Keller, executive director of CEDIA and current secretary/treasurer for Integrated Systems Events, LLC. "We believe ISE is the key platform in Europe for the audio -video systems integration market, and as CEDIA continues to grow internationally, we confirm our ongoing support for Integrated Systems Europe's major event."

CEDIA EXPO 2006 will move to the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, with show dates slated for Sept. 13 -17. EXPO Education runs Sept. 13 -17 and the CEDIA EXPO trade show will be open Sept. 14 -17, which includes an additional day to accommodate the growing interest in EXPO specifically, as well as the broader custom electronics industry.

CEDIA is an international trade association of companies that specialize in designing and installing electronic systems for the home. The association was founded in September 1989 and has more than 3,000 member companies worldwide. CEDIA members are established and insured businesses with bona fide qualifications and experience in this specialized field. CEDIA members include Residential Electronics Systems Professionals who have emerged as the "fourth contractor" in the building and remodeling industries alongside electrical, plumbing and HVAC professionals.
