HOMELOGIC AND GLOBAL CACHČ ANNOUNCE VAR AGREEMENT

HomeLogic to sell Global Caché network products with OneHome™ solutions.

CEDIA EXPO 2005 - Sept. 8 -11 - Booth #67 - HomeLogic, LLC, the award -winning provider of leading -edge home automation solutions and Global Caché, a leading manufacturer of IP -enabling products, announce they have signed an agreement allowing HomeLogic to integrate and sell Global Caché products with their OneHome™ family of control and automation solutions.

Based on an open architecture, HomeLogic's award -winning OneHome Entertainment and Control solution is comprised of an IP -controller, network head -end gear, and software that enables the integration of diverse systems from major manufacturers. Global Caché's GC -100 Network Adapter allows common household devices to be connected to a network, enabling them to be controlled via network -based software. In addition, Global Caché provides products for IR learning, IR -in, sensors, receivers, and connectivity over a network. Together, these products provide flexible, easy -to -use ways for homeowners to browse, select, start and control audio/video systems from touch screens, computers and IR remote devices.

Walt Keller, Global Caché President said, "One of the greatest challenges in the home automation market is integrating the diverse systems together in a simple and easy to use manner. HomeLogic has solved that problem with its OneHome product line. Now, with their integration of the GC -100, it's even easier to connect any IR, serial, or relay device to a network to be controlled by OneHome."

Buddy Duncan, Co -Founder of HomeLogic added, "Our intention has always been to make the job of automating and controlling the home as easy and cost -effective as possible. Providing seamless integration to the GC -100, and the ability to sell Global Caché products directly to our dealers and installers at a very competitive price is another reason to choose HomeLogic solutions."
