FUJITSU OPENS NEW DISTRIBUTION FACILITY IN CANADA FOR ITS HIGH -PERFORMANCE PLASMAVISION® DISPLAYS

-- State-of-the-Art Warehouse and Distribution Center Expedites Turnaround Time On Fujitsu Plasma Products for All of Canada --

FAIRFIELD, NJ - Fujitsu General America, a recognized leader in the fast -growing plasma display market, today announced the opening of a major new Canadian warehouse facility for distribution of its popular high -performance Plasmavision® flat -screen plasma display monitors. The warehouse, located in Toronto, began operations on August 1, 2005, and serves all of Canada.


"Just like their U.S. counterparts, more and more Canadian home theater enthusiasts are turning to flat -panel plasmas as their display option of choice," noted Tedd Rozylowicz, President, COO, Fujitsu General America. "With this new state -of -the -art warehouse and distribution facility, Fujitsu is able to better serve all our valued customers, dealers, and custom installers in Canada, making it easier and faster for them to receive plasma panels, accessories, and parts. In fact, we expect average turnaround time to be cut from five days to just one or two, since our products will no longer have to cross the U.S. border into Canada. Fujitsu has been doing business in Canada for over seven years now, and this new warehouse is only one of the ways we are expanding our presence in the country and satisfying the demands of rapid growth."

Designed for simple installation and seamless integration into any home theater system, all Fujitsu Plasmavision displays feature a sleek, lightweight bezel and an extensive array of inputs and outputs. Plasmavision monitors also offer a chassis design that enables all connecting cables to be easily and invisibly installed.

All new Fujitsu Plasmavision monitors feature an upgraded version of the award -winning AVM digital video processor, the Advanced Video Movement -II (AVM -II) processor, which outperforms all competitors in today's crowded plasma marketplace. The AVM -II processor virtually eliminates motion artifacts and flicker, improves vertical resolution and reproduces natural movement with ease. Models in the 40 -series are also equipped with a 10 -bit video processing system, which produces over 1.07 billion colors and represents on -screen images in their most natural hues.
