Deal gives high-end audio/video installers access to Accell's premium, custom installation interconnect solutions.
Accell, a provider of premium audio/video interconnects, computer cables and mobile device accessories, today announced it has signed an agreement with Ingram Micro to distribute Accell's custom installation interconnect product line throughout North America.
Under the terms of agreement, Ingram Micro, the world's largest wholesale provider of technology products, will act as a national distributor of Accell's products. The addition of Ingram Micro to Accell enhances the company's availability of its premium cable and interconnect products to the integrator/installer community. Ingram Micro expects to leverage Accell's dominant audio/video cable resources and respected reputation to create a new demand and directly affect the quality of custom installations by offering a wide range of cable lengths and configurations, including long length DVI and HDMI cables.

In addition, Accell now offers a wide selection of cable rated for in -wall installation. Accell's new packaging is specifically designed for the installer/integrator community by providing a closable box -pack with pre -printed barcode designed for easy product transportation, handling, project management and inventory control.
