ISE 2006 boosted by successful event at InfoComm

ISE 2006 riding high as InfoComm® reports record figures and exhibitions have become the key medium to source new products and to see the latest innovations.

The record number of exhibitor bookings and added space secured for the Integrated Systems Europe 2006 exhibition demonstrates that the market is buoyant and confident. This has been confirmed by the record results achieved at InfoComm® 2005.

InfoComm® is the largest annual conference and exhibition for audiovisual buyers and sellers and was held in Las Vegas in June. The event grew 15 percent over 2004, attracting over 26,000 AV professionals including a strong increase in the number of AV and IT managers.

And for the organisers of ISE 2006, this is seen as excellent news. As Mike Blackman, ISE 2006 Managing Director explains: "The success of InfoComm® 2005 demonstrates that the market is growing stronger by the year as more professionals and installers look to exhibitions as the key medium to source new products and see the latest innovations in technology."

Blackman also had this to say about the latest progress on ISE 2006:

"With the majority of past exhibitors returning along with an increasing number of newcomers to the event, ISE is now the definitive European showcase for the AV systems integration market. "This demonstrates the importance of electronic AV systems integration as a hub of the home and professional Audio Visual market and emphasises how vital the Show has become for those companies looking to forge partnerships to help them compete in today's market."

Seeing is believing, projectiondesign® see ISE as more than a trade show

projectiondesign® has confirmed that it will be attending ISE 2006 following a highly successful show in 2005. projectiondesign® is a European manufacturer offering projection devices of high performance, reliability, style and user friendliness for professional, business and consumer applications using the latest DLP™ technology from Texas Instruments and UHP™ lighting technology from Philips.

projectiondesign® see ISE as much more than just a tradeshow, it is a major opportunity for professionals to acquire knowledge, keep up to date with industry trends and innovations, and use the show to enhance their professional development skills.

Thierry Ollivier, Sales Manager of projectiondesign® sees ISE 2006 as the meeting hub for the industry: "One of the key reasons that we are attending this show is that we see it as the one event where you can meet with your partners, AV systems integrators and professionals from all over Europe. And with a high quality of visitor attending, we see our attendance at ISE 2006 as playing a vital role in our business strategy.

"ISE 2006 offers the perfect platform for us to showcase our new technologies and demonstrate new products and solutions. We are also delighted to see that the 2006 event will be held at the Brussels Expo. So many professionals have severe constraints on their time but by holding it in Brussels, a true central European location, means that there can be no excuse for them to not attend this show."

To make any exhibition a success, good communications between the exhibitor and the organiser is vital. projectiondesign® forged a close working relationship with the organisers, particularly Mike Blackman, Show Director and this played a key role in helping them to take the decision to sign up for the show.

Thierry explains, " With ISE, we had the benefit of a highly professional service from a fully motivated team looking to meet new challenges and respond to our needs with fresh and innovative ideas."

However one of the main reasons why projectiondesign® are returning is that they see the increasing move to converge the Broadcasting, AV, Installation and Digital cinema industries as key to the success of this industry. Thierry believes integration is vital:

"We see the future success of the AV systems integration market through convergence. ISE is the perfect showcase to leverage these technologies under one roof to become the show for professionals. Seeing is believing and at ISE 2006, we want people to use their senses to capture the stunning audio visual displays for themselves."

The third edition of Integrated Systems Europe will be held 1 -3 February 2006 at the Brussels Expo.
