EHX Fall 2005 to Showcase High Performance Audio/Video in "Demo Alley"

Home Theater Demos will Receive Special Recognition at Anaheim Event

Framingham, MA - June 21, 2005 - Electronic House Expo (EHX) Fall 2005 (http://www.ehxweb.com) will highlight the high performance audio and video categories in the EHX Demo Alley on the exhibit floor, November 9 - 11 in Anaheim, California. This special area of the show floor will feature specially constructed meeting rooms that will house high performance audio, video, and accessory systems hosted by teams of leading manufacturers.

Companies participating in the Demo Alley will not only demonstrate the high visual and sonic performance of their products, but also provide instruction and examples for attendees on how to conduct demos for their potential clients, helping them to achieve a higher take -rate for high ticket, high profit systems.

EHX Fall 2005 will focus additional attention for high performance A/V and Demo Alley by launching the Best Of Demo Alley (BODA) Awards. A panel of expert judges will anonymously view each demo room and then vote for BODA winners in the following categories:
* Best Audio Demo Experience
* Best Video Demo Experience
* Most Informative Audio Demo
* Most Informative Video Demo
* Best Demo Presenter
* Best Overall Demo

BODA winners will be announced at show opening on Thursday, November 10 and will be highlighted throughout the event.

"Demo Alley has provided an avenue for EHX not only to focus on high performance A/V products, but also to educate our attendees on the benefits of providing quality demos in their sales processes," stated John Galante, Vice President of EH Events & Education. "With access to good lines, a good presentation space and proper demo techniques, dealers can sell more A/V product upgrades and increase sales and profits."

Registration for EHX Fall 2005 will open on June 30, 2005.

ELK Products -C1M1 Dual-Path Alarm Communicators with Remote Services

C1M1 offers a truly significant reduction in transmission time in comparison to other communicators that rely on dial capture or data bus decoding. This can result in quicker response time to emergency situations which could save lives and assets. By providing both IP and cellular pathways, C1M1 provides the reliability installers are looking for in an alarm communicator. C1M1 eliminates port forwarding and extra fees for remote access. Installers can remotely upload/download programming changes to M1 controls over IP or cellular using ElkRP2. Consumers can control the M1 remotely via the free ElkLink mobile app and web portal, as well as eKeypad and M1 Touch Pro apps. Other IP-based software and interface partners can connect to the M1 control over the local network through C1M1. C1M1 also provides email/text notifications for arm, disarm, and alarm events. ELK-C1M14GSM supports GSM (AT&T/T-Mobile) networks and ELK-C1M1CDMA supports CDMA (Verizon) networks.
