Montreal, Canada - Feb 2005 - MuxLab Inc (www.muxlab.com), a leading designer and manufacturer of CCTV and audio -video connectivity solutions for copper twisted pair, plans to unveil its CCTV cabling solution at the upcoming IFSEC 2005 show in May in Birmingham, England (Hall 6, Booth J144).

For the past several years, MuxLab has been assembling several key building blocks that streamline CCTV cabling via copper twisted pair. By May, most of the pieces to the solution are expected to be in place. The highlight of the solution will be the LongReach 16 Active CCTV Hub. The product is the only active CCTV twisted pair hub on the market with full automatic -gain control, thereby completely eliminating user intervention at the hub during or after installation. MuxLab`s LongReach technology has recently proved itself in two major casino installations in North America by saving customers countless hours in manual fine tune adjustments to individual camera ports, thereby providing a fully `plug -and -forget` CCTV cabling solution.

At IFSEC, MuxLab also plans to unveil its solution for managing CCTV video, remote power and PTZ control via Category 5 twisted pair. One of the major issues in CCTV cabling is how to efficiently manage the multiple CCTV signal wires via Cat5. At IFSEC, MuxLab plans to present its approach to solving this problem.

Comelit - VIP Kit With Planux Monitor With WIFI/3G/4G Remote APP - 8512IM

The kit allows use of the video entry phone system via a door entry monitor as well as tablets and smartphones on the Wi-Fi network, or remotely on 3G (or higher) networks. The gateway in the pack allows connection of other devices (Comelit VIP door entry monitors or PCs) besides the door entry monitor supplied. In all cases, the gateway should be connected to an ASDL router or another device guaranteeing local Wi-Fi and mobile 3G connectivity. Depending on bandwidth limitations, the gateway can serve up to 15 appliances (including door entry monitors, smartphones, tablets and PCs) with 4 simultaneous door entry monitor streams. It also allows "intercom" communication between all of the 16 devices served. For mobile devices, whenever both modes are available and enabled, the app automatically switches. .
