Release of Doberman BMS version 4.0

New version of Doberman BMS supports Smarthome Powerlinc USB, interactive web pages, and is now easier to configure with device naming feature among others.

Golden Crater Software is pleased to announce the release of Doberman BMS version 4.0 just in time to support your new Christmas hardware.

Version 4.0 is a more streamlined version which is easier and faster to configure, and removes the reliance on epAssist Personal Assistant and now runs the more responsive Doberman Server.

Configuration is now stored in INI and XML files making Backups easier. All configuration is done through the Doberman font -end, with a Step -by -Step dialog to guide the way.

We've introduced named devices to make configuration, macros, web pages, and modifications clearer and easier to understand. Any configuration and macros from your old version will still run perfectly.

We've enhanced the web substitution area, where codes are replaced with status and values in the HTML before it is sent to the client, allowing you to create any graphical and interactive website for your house.

Finally, we now support the Smarthome PowerLinc USB natively. No drivers, DLLs, or even configuration. Simply plug in the USB connector, and start using it in your macros and floorplans.
