RICHARD GRAY'S POWER COMPANY HIRES INGO SCHMOLDT AS VICE PRESIDENT, SALES & MARKETING

Newly added sales executive to help manage the tremendous growth in the marketplace and add new sales training tools for reps and dealers.

November, 2004 - New Orleans, LA - Richard Gray's Power Company (RGPC) is proud to announce the addition of Ingo Schmoldt as Vice President, Sales & Marketing. Ingo is charged with servicing and expanding RGPC's dealer base as well as creating dealer education and training programs.


Ingo is a 15 -year veteran of the consumer electronics industry and comes to RGPC from D -Tools, the industry's leading design and estimation software company. During his tenure at D -Tools Ingo contributed to a 200% growth in the company's sales as well as more than doubling their number of Manufacturer's Partners. Ingo's immediate goal is to build a dealer training program that rivals the best in the industry. "This is an extraordinary opportunity", stated Ingo. "There is, quite simply, no limit to this product's potential and I want to motivate and excite RGPC dealers into making every customer an RGPC customer."

Previous to D -Tools Ingo was the Training Manager for Monster® where he ran the much lauded dealer training program and was key in securing and managing many large accounts. Ingo also was instrumental in the roll out of Monster's Monster Power® branded products - the single largest and most successful line they have ever produced. "Ingo brings to RGPC the perfect mix of dealer training and power accessory experience" stated RGPC president Dick McCarthy. "We feel very fortunate to have him join our team."
