Phoenix, Arizona, September 17th, 2004:

OmniMount's new U3T flat panel tilt mount has been honored with two industry awards at the recent CEDIA expo in Indianapolis. On September 9th OmniMount's second Excite Award in two years was given to the U3T, and on September 11th it was honored by CEDIA as Best New Product in category under the Manufacturer's Excellence Awards.

The U3T tilt mount strives for one -size -fits -all universatility, and includes free, to -the -max extra mounting hardware to achieve extreme ease of installation for the widest selection of flat panels. The
unique U3T represents one of the best values for money
on the market today.

First out of the carton, is a patent -pending adhesive Fast Installation Guide: a simple yet effective tool to that allows the mount to be positioned correctly the first time and with no cleanup. It's both a mounting template that indicates drilling locations and J box positioning options, and a collector for the dust that's generated by the wall drilling and cutting processes. The mount's 24" wide J box center opening simplifies installation when the J box positioning options aren't in the ideal position on the wall. The wall plate is 32" wide and designed for mounting to 16" through 24" on -center wall studs, while slotted mounting holes allow quick alignment during installation. An attractive cable cover clips onto the rails and slides into the desired position for a clean and finished appearance.

To enhance and maximize the U3T's compatibility with all the available major screens, OmniMount has designed the U3T to be expandable by including extension rods and rails to accommodate plasma displays up to 63" screen size while safely holding up to 200lbs in weight. Lateral adjustment is simply accomplished by sliding the flat panel left or right once hung on the rails. The U3T also includes spacers that allow the installation of plasma displays with curved backs and recessed mounting lands.

As with all OmniMount products, the U3T includes a comprehensive installation hardware package to accommodate virtually any display and its desired mounting location. Once the mounting rails have been secured to the back of the plasma display, OmniMount's Lift n' Lock Installation™ safety feature comes into its own. The display is simply hung onto the rails of the mount, slid into the desired position and the flip -locks moved into place to ensure mounting security. A small padlock can then be inserted through the flip -lock holes for anti -theft purposes.

Once mounted, the display can be set to the desired viewing angle, +5 through -15 degrees, by loosening and retightening the tilt tensioning levers.

Finished in a durable platinum satin powder coat finish, the U3T is available from stock and has a manufacturer's suggested retail price of $249 each.

Yale Real Living™ Assure Lock™ with Bluetooth

The new Yale Real Living™ Assure Lock™ with Bluetooth replaces conventional keys with digital keys accessed through the Yale Digital Keys app for Android and iOS mobile devices, and through an app for the new Samsung Gear S2 smartwatch. The Yale app allows homeowners to unlock doors, send keys to others, control when others have access, get a message when someone enters, and revoke a digital key at any time. Unlocking the deadbolt couldn't be simpler, whether using the Samsung Gear S2 or a smartphone. With the new Samsung Gear S2, touch the watch app to activate the digital key, then touch the lock screen to unlock the deadbolt. With a smartphone, Yale's "Twist and Go" technology allows the user to hold the phone vertically when approaching the door, then twist it 90 degrees to unlock the deadbolt. Homeowners can also unlock the deadbolt using its capacitive touchscreen and a four- to eight-digit code.
