Company Expands Roll -Out of Its Advanced Brávo™ Music Servers for Synchronized Multi -Zone, Multi -Source Whole -House Audio

CEDIA EXPO, Indianapolis, Sept. 10, 2004 - Meda™ Systems, Inc., an innovative technology company whose digital media servers and software distribute entertainment throughout the home, has announced the initiation of nationwide sales of its innovative whole -house music servers. The new policy significantly expands Meda's domestic marketing territory from its initial base in and around the West Coast to the entire continental United States.

Meda has also appointed International Sales of San Diego, California, as its International Sales Representative. The company, which was named CEDIA Rep of the Year in 2003, just recently completed a successful European tour with Meda's Brávo™ Music Server.

"We're very pleased to be in a position to expand our sales territories," said Meda Systems President Steve Raschke. "This in keeping with our strategy of steady, careful growth, and allows us to begin fulfilling orders and demand that have already built up in these new areas."

Meda has only recently begun shipping its new line of multi -source, multi -zone Brávo™ Music Servers; in particular, the Brávo 1, Brávo 4, Brávo 8 and Brávo 12. All Brávo Servers are powered by Meda's DEOS™ Digital Entertainment Operating System, featuring proprietary MZSync™ technology, which combine to create a fully integrated whole -house digital music system capable of playing and synchronizing multiple audio sources in multiple zones through analog, digital or IP -based entertainment systems.

The expansion of sales follows Meda's recent move to a spacious new headquarters facility in Emeryville, California, and the appointment of Larry Huie as Inside Sales Manager, and Robb Lazarus as Director of Special Projects. Both are industry veterans with strong backgrounds in sales, management, and establishing the structures and systems essential for new technology -based companies.
